1. Who can join Sunset House’s Alumni Community?

Only Sunset House alumni and those currently in the Sunset House program, along with select staff members, are allowed to join the Alumni Community.

2. How do I join Sunset House’s Alumni Community?

It’s easy; simply click on the 'Click to Join' button. You can either fill in the registration form or join using your social media.

3. Why should I get involved?

You can connect and network with friends, alumni, or staffs you may have lost touch with and strengthen the bonds made with others while in the Sunset House program.

4. How do I share stores and photos on this site?

Similar to other social media platforms, you can share stories and personal photos to your connections! There are links on the Home page after you log in to post stories, photos, and comments and send messages to friends.

5. What is not allowed on this site?

All posts and photos may be viewed by all Alumni, and by the platform's administrators. We request you avoid posting anything that may offend. See our Privacy Policy to find out more details. Any photos the admin team deem unwarranted will be deleted, and individual accounts may be suspended from the portal.

6. Can I share a story I think is newsworthy in the news section? How?

Yes! We would love to hear about your newsworthy story, and share it with the rest of the Alumni community. Simply fill out and submit the 'Got News to Share?' form at the bottom of the News page. News stories that pertain to Sunset House Alumni are preferred, and a photo will make the story more attractive to the rest of the community!

7. How can I find a mentor?

You can find the Mentoring page here. You may search for a mentor using the search panel or select a featured mentor from the list below on the page.

8. How can I find old friends and connect with other alumni?

You can use the Search Directory on the Network page to see if your old friends are registered, or invite them to join if they do not yet have an online profile.
